I remember creating this painting when I was 5 years old. I think it’s one of my most freely expressed pieces. I created it with the imagination of a child. I grew up in a Victorian house in San Francisco, we would have roommates from all different parts of the world stay with us from time to time. This roommate in particular taught me how to stretch a canvas over the wooden frame, and paint. This is what I created from that magical moment that changed my life forever. Ever since then, my family saw something in me and fostered my creative energy. To this day, this painting, my first painting ever is when it all started.
